Agreement
By accessing or using Saga Split, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Gameplay and AI-generated content
- Saga Split generates narrative content dynamically using AI.
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Use common sense and do not rely on the game for real‑world advice.
- We may moderate, filter, or restrict content to maintain safety and compliance.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to exploit, attack, or reverse engineer the service.
- Use the app to generate or request illegal content or content that harms others.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff.
- Automate requests in a way that overloads the service.
User content
You retain rights to the text you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs to operate the game (including forwarding them to our AI provider for generation).
You are responsible for what you submit.
Accounts, purchases, and virtual items
- The app may use virtual resources (example: “Ink”) to limit gameplay actions.
- If purchases are enabled in the future, the store platform’s terms also apply.
- Virtual items have no cash value and are not transferable unless explicitly stated.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
