Saga Split is operated by 4th Move LLC ("we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

Information you provide

• Gameplay text: prompts you enter and in‑game choices/actions.
• Support messages: emails or messages you send to support.

Information collected automatically

• Device/app identifiers: a device‑generated user ID used to run the service and prevent abuse.
• Usage and diagnostics: basic logs needed to keep the service reliable (e.g., request timestamps, error codes).
• Network data: IP address and related metadata may be processed for security and fraud prevention.

Payments

If the app offers purchases in the future, payment processing is handled by the app store platform (Apple/Google). We do not receive your full payment card details.

AI processing (OpenAI)

Saga Split uses AI to generate story content. When you submit gameplay text, it is sent to our servers and forwarded to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate a response.

• We send only what is needed to generate the next turn (your recent story context + your input).
• We use abuse monitoring and security controls to keep the service safe.

How we use information

• Provide core gameplay (generate story responses, maintain state/saves).
• Prevent abuse, fraud, and attacks; enforce rate limits.
• Debug and improve reliability (crash/error investigation).
• Respond to support, legal, or safety requests.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

• Service providers: hosting, infrastructure, and AI processing providers (including OpenAI) to run the app.
• Legal/safety: if required to comply with law or protect users and the service.

Data retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service and for legitimate operational needs (security, fraud prevention, legal compliance). You may request deletion at any time.

Children

Saga Split is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to request deletion.
